UltimaLink uses advanced photonics and proprietary 3D packaging technology to deliver ultra high-speed fiber optic data transmission with high efficiency and low latency. UltimaLink can transmit 18Tbps and 54Tbps per cable with today’s technology over distances of up to 100 meters.  This ultra high-speed transmission is ideal for data centers, cloud computing, and AI workloads that require rapid and reliable data exchange. The data transmission capacity is scalable and may be increased to many times the listed rates.

With our prices that makes them comparable with PIN diodes, InPhOE Tech’s state of the art APDs offer significant performance advantages at 10Gbps and 25Gbps for 1310nm and 1550nm wavelengths. These devices are ideal for communications and LIDAR.


InPhOE Tech offers standard 25Gbps PIN diodes at wavelengths ranging from 850nm to 1550nm. They are available as individual devices or arrays. We build custom PIN diodes reaching 50 and 75Gbps.

InPhOE Tech has a long history of building advanced vertical cavity surface emitting lasers for fiber communications. Our 850nm VCSELs are designed for 25Gbps operation. Specialized VCSELs are also available for applications such as Li-Fi.

 

 

Our 940nm Front Emitting VCSEL Arrays are available as bare die or packaged. They are suitable for security cameras and LIDAR.

The backside emitting arrays that we are developing use our revolutionary “Sea of VCSELs” technology that will make them much smaller and lower cost than any array currently available on the market.

We can deliver any of our products in customized TOSA, and ROSA packaging in high volume with competitive pricing
